Images are downloaded from our website.

When you have purchased the images, you must access to "Orders Manager" zone. From this section you can download (24 hours a day) any image quickly and secure.

Note: Images won't be sent by e-mail.

How much time should I spend waiting for purchased images?

If you have made a purchase by credit card, then you can start to download images immediately from "Orders Manager" zone.

If you have made a purchase by bank transference*, then you must wait for a confirmation time due to the transfer validation. This time is variable, but normally not greater than 24 hours while working days. It can grow if you have made an international transference or if we.

*If you need to use an acquired image immediately and you have purchased it by bank transference, you must order a transfer receipt from your bank including: total amount, your personal data, recipient data (Vidiments) and the order's reference; send this information by electronic mail at contact@vidiments.com and we will validate that purchase as soon as possible.

What should I do to download a layout version (without watermarks)?

You must be a registered user and have filled in all personal data. When you have done it, you will see a new link when selecting any image.

I want to get/buy an image. How should I carry out the order?

Vidiments is a company that works exclusively through Internet, this makes possible to offer you the best prices. Therefore, the order only will be able to be done through our website (shop cart): no fax, phone or e-mail order.

The steps to carry out an order are explained as follows:

Register, it's absolutely free and very fast.
Find the image/s that you need using our searchers: by category, keywords, etc. Then select the collection and you will be able to view all images inside.
'Click' on a chosen image and a new window will be opened.
When you stay on that single image information page, 'click' the button (A3, A4, web-multimedia) which contains the chosen size.
This image will be then added to your shop cart. It will be placed there until you buy it or remove it from your shop cart. You can manage these actions from the "Shop Cart" zone.
If you whish to add more images, repeat the 2, 3 and 4 steps.
When you are ready to purchase the image/s, go again to "Shop Cart" zone and select a payment method.
Fill in all required fields and press the "Accept" button.
When your purchase is done, you will be able to download all images from "Orders Manager" zone.

How can I get the Invoice?

At "Orders Manager" you will see a link called: "View the invoice". This is a link to a digital format (PDF) with all billing data.
